Description of problem:
In OCM home page, There is a card related to ROSA and that invites user to try the ROSA cluster. When user clicks on "Try out ROSA today" button,
It redirects to https://console.redhat.com/openshift/create/rosa/wizard but with new implementation of ROSA getstarted page , it has to redirect to
https://<stage/Prod>/openshift/create/rosa/getstarted.

Steps to Reproduce:
Launch OCM staging env.
Go to the home page and navigate to the card "Red hat openshift service on AWS".
Click on the "Try out ROSA today" button.
View the behavior.

Actual results:
User click on the "Try out ROSA today" button redirects to rosa creation wizard i.e.https://console.redhat.com/openshift/create/rosa/wizard

Expected results:
User click on the "Try out ROSA today" button should redirect to the ROSA get started page for example, https://<stage/Prod>/openshift/create/rosa/getstarted.
