Description
In the Cluster list page, the user clicks on one of the clusters and once the overview page is shown , moves back to the cluster list and clicks on another cluster from the list. While loading the cluster details, there is a latency and a spinner runs in a blank page for a few seconds and loads the overview page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch OCM console (staging)
2. Navigate to the cluster list.
3. Click on the one of the cluster.
4. As soon as the overview page is shown,click on the clusters link from top of the overview page to navigate to the cluster list.
5. Click on the other cluster and see the behavior.

Actual results:
Latency in showing the cluster details when the user navigates quickly between two clusters in the list. There is a blank page with a spinner running for a few seconds.

Expected results:
The cluster overview page should load immediately after clicking the cluster from the list . There should not be any spinner runs with a blank page for a few seconds in the above mentioned case.
