Description of problem:

Stay in ROSA creation wizard https://console.redhat.com/openshift/create/rosa/wizard and try to redirect into another page such as https://console.redhat.com/openshift/ via updating the url link in the browser.

For Chrome, FF and Edge, there is a notification to remind users if they truly want to leave. But not for Safari.
