      Description of problem:

In cluster history logs, there was no indication about the version  after machine pools updates. Currently after the machine pool update action , the cluster history log indicated as below

As we see in above screen shot, the log entry says the machine or nodepool has been updated but in description or details there was no indication about the version.

I'm not sure if this is controlled from UI but including a definition about the updated from and updated versions would help for future references.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Launch OCM UI staging
      2. Open a HCP cluster runs with latest control plane version and has some machine pool set required an update.
      3. Update the machine pool version individually.
      4. After successful update of version from all machine pools, review the cluster history records about version updates.

      Actual results:

No indication about the version update for updated machine pools from cluster history. The cluster history records indicate there was an machine pool update but missing the version related definitions.

      Expected results:

Include indications about the version ex , updated from and updated to versions references in cluster history would help for future references.
