[Hypershift ROSA]Previously closed error flashes in machine pool tab when user delete the machine pool set

      Description:

In machine pool tab, there was an error created and shown to user while deleting the machine pool set and which was closed by user successively. Once again if the user tried to delete the machine pool set previously thrown error messages flashes on the screen for few seconds and clears. Note that the delete action is successful.
We should avoid this behavior not to confuse the user.

      How reproducible:

       Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create Hypershift ROSA cluster via CLI.
      2. After successful installation, Create a machine pool with taints via CLI( ex: $ rosa create machinepools --name taintpool  --replicas 2 -c jayam66hyp --taints test=tain:NoSchedule)
      3. Launch OCM UI , locate the above cluster.
      4. Go to machine pools  tab , locate machine pool created during installation(default one).
      5. Try to delete the machine pool.
      6. Close the error message related to taints feature shown in screen.
      7. Refresh machine pool table.
      8. Create a machine pool  via CLI( ex: $ rosa create machinepools --name second  --replicas 2 -c jayam66hyp )
      9. Go back to OCM UI, Refresh machine pool table.
      10. Repeat the step 5.
      11. View the behavior.

      Actual results:
During the step 10, Previously closed error dialog from the machine pool tab , flashes on the screen for few seconds and disappeared. This confuses the user although delete action is succeeded for the selected machine pool set.

      Expected results:

Avoid showing previously closed error message in machine pool tab while deleting a machine pool.
