Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/register webpage
2. Enter the Cluster ID, Display Name, and click on the Register cluster button
3. Once the cluster is registered, navigate to the Overview tab
4. Click on the Edit subscription settings link and change the Support type from the option chosen previously( In this case from Red Hat support to Partner support )

Expected Result

Once the user clicks on the Save button, the subscription settings should be updated

Actual Result

The subscription settings are not updated after the user clicks on the Save button. The user has to manually click on the refresh button at the top of the webpage to view the updated settings.

This scenario is observed for all the options in the Edit subscription settings window
