Steps:

1. Launch OCM staging env
2. Prepare an sts cluster
3. Go to Settings tab
4. Select "Recurring updates" and "Save" to trigger the error on UI
5. Select "Individual updates" and open "Update" dialog
6. Fill the steps and create the update policy

Actual result:

The error message will flash in update dialog once error ever happened

Expect result:

Error message shouldn't show on the dialog
