Steps to Reproduce

1) Launch the staging portal and navigate to Hypershift ROSA cluster creation wizard.
2) Input all the required details and navigate to the CIDR ranges screen.
3) Uncheck the checkbox "Use default values".
4) Provide custom values for all the fields on the screen.

Expected Result
Valid error messages should be shown to the user.

Actual Result
The error messages currently displayed are incorrect. This issue spans across OSD and ROSA classic clusters as well.
