      Steps to Reproduce :

      • Click on the "Register for a Redhat account" link present on the login page for staging URL as shown in the screenshot.
      • Click on the email verification link that the user receives to finish the confirmation process.
      • Login to the staging env using the new registered account.
      • Navigate to the Overview, Clusters, and Downloads webpage.

      Expected Result

Users should be able to view the web pages without any issues.

      Actual result

The user encounters an error " This Page is temporarily unavailable, Try refreshing the webpage" on the Clusters and Overview webpage.

NOTE- The actual issue here is that the user registration process is not complete when trying to register via the staging URL. The user should be prompted to complete the user registration process and submit additional details which are not shown to the user. The workaround that we have currently is to log in to the production URL with the newly created registered user and complete the registration process. It would be much easier if the error message is clear to the user instead of showing vague error messages like shown above.
