[OCM] The page is crashed while click 'update' button after the cluster is deleted

      Description:
      There is an OSD cluster that can be upgraded, I stay on the 'Setting' tab, later the cluster is deleted, then I click the 'Update' button, I got a crashed page(see crashed.png).

      How Reproducible:
      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Prepare an OSD cluster, and go to the setting tab.
      2. Click 'Update' button.

      Actual Result:
      As description.

      Expected Result:
      The page is redirected to the cluster list page and get the message 'the cluster <cluster id> is not found '
