Steps:

1. Prepare a low version cluster
2. Launch OCM staging env
3. Go to "Update cluster" dialog
4. Choose "Schedule a different time"
5. Choose current date(Only reproduce to current date with disabled time options)
6. Open the dropdown of the time and select with "up" and "down" key on the keyboard

Actual result:

Cannot choose the upgrade time with "up" and "down" keys on updating dialog

The options can be chosen by "up" and "down" keys on keyboard
