As a developer, when I merge an GitLab MR into Master, I want to deploy those changes to http://console.stage.redhat.com.

This involves:

1. Creating a GitLab hook or Jenkins job which deploys to `console.stage.redhat.com` upon merging of an MR in master branch. Similar to how to deploy to QAProdAuth today via:

   https://ci.int.devshift.net/view/sd-uhc/job/ocm-portal-deploy-staging/
   Project [sd-uhc] OCM UI deploy to qaprodauth.cloud.redhat.com
   

1. Create staging SSO account via Red Hat Ethel Account Creation which has some interesting notes:
   "By using this form you can easily create a brand new account for either Stage Candlepin or QA Candlepin. Optionally, you can attach subscription SKUs to the account in one step. This process can also be done any other time when your account is already created. To do so, please use the Add Subscriptions tab."
   "When creating accounts against Stage Candlepin or QA Candlepin through this form, please be kindly noted that:
   1) Each time Stage or QA Candlepin is refreshed, all Prod Candlepin accounts will be imported into them, so if the username is already present in either Stage or QA Candlepin, Ethel won't allow you to use the same username there."
