As a result of MULTIARCH-3395 , we are creating builds of oc-mirror plugin on P/Z and once available would like the arch dropdown at https://console.redhat.com/openshift/downloads#tool-oc-mirror-plugin to be available to select and download for both architectures (ppc64le and s390x).

P builds will eventually be available at: https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/ppc64le/clients/ocp/stable/ 

Z builds will eventually be available at: https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/s390x/clients/ocp/stable/
