      Description of problem:

For a Ready ROSA (with BYO-VPC having security groups configured) Cluster. User could able to select any number of security groups from "Add machine pool" dialog. But while saving the definition, the machine pool dialog will throws an error about max limit related to security group as below.

This behavior indicate bad user experience. We should have a warning or an indication when user makes the selection of security group more than supported limits or Do not allow user to choose security groups from the list when limit is reached.

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging.
      2. Open a Ready ROSA cluster  installed with custom VPC(VPC should have more than 6 Security groups associated).
      3. Go to Machine pool tab.
      4. Click "Add machine pool" button.
      5. Click "Security groups" drop-down.
      6. Select 6 security groups  from the list.
      7. Click on "Add machine pool" dialog and see the behavior.

      Actual results:

User allowed to select the security groups from "Add machine pool" dialog but during the save action, the dialog throws error about the max limit on security groups.

      Expected results:

      Suggestions are

      1. Show warning or an indication about the security group limits.
      2. Do not allow the user to choose the security group if selection count exceeds the limit.
      3. Disable the "Add machine pool" definition when selected security group count exceeds the limit and show an indication about this.
