Description of problem:

Opened a Ready ROSA (with BYO-VPC) Cluster. Under machine pool tab, Opened "Add machine pool" dialog. The security group field has red asterisk indicated as mandatory field but it is not a mandatory field. We should avoid the wrong indication i.e. remove red asterisk from the field.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. Open a Ready ROSA cluster  installed with custom VPC(VPC should have some Security groups associated).
3. Go to Machine pool tab.
4. Click "Add machine pool" button.
5. Click "Security groups" drop-down.
6. View the security group layout.

Actual results:

Red asterisk against security groups field indicated as the field is required/mandatory field. This is wrong.

Expected results:

Remove red asterisk against security groups field as the field is optional for machine pool dialog.
