The aim of this epic is to provide the first time user/customer an easy way to:
1: deploy a ROSA cluster at Red Hat's expenses
2: get a training explaining the customer the value of ROSA

• Integrate with the backend providing the actual provisioning of the cluster

Non Goals

• The scope of this epic is not to modify the navigation in any way, only to implement the page itself. The navigation modification is tracked here https://issues.redhat.com/browse/HAC-4197
• All the backend related work like sending mail to the user once the provisioning is done is out of the scope of this epic and is handled by the RHDT team.
• Similarly the content of the experience (e.g. what happens after the "Launch experience" button is clicked is out of the scope and is handled by the RHDT team.
