Reproduction steps: from the openshift section of HCC, go to the nav link for Releases

If customer issue, please add customer details that will help in debugging the bug

Include screenshots or recordings on reproduction if possible. (HAR attached)

Current Result:

All current releases are shown. 4.17 -> 4.21

Expected Result:

Currently, the only valid release would be 4.16 although it is EOL and only accessible as EUS.  4.18 should be validated shortly. There is no plan to enable 4.19, 4.20, 4.21 any time soon.
