I think you should hold off onto this given there are multiple things we have discovered recently such as AMS bug

Given the recent support request https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C0A8S4L99C2/p1769693239221719 where we discovered that AMS has a bug https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCM-19544 when dealing with cluster transfers for assisted-installer clusters that impacts customers.

Until the AMS bug is resolved, we need to block this feature so customers do not run into this.
