- Users cannot properly select dates when calendar is cut off when table has few/no records
- Impacts usability of the date filtering feature
Reproduction steps:
1. Navigate to any cluster details page
2. Click on "Cluster History" tab
3. Apply a filter that results in only 1-2 log entries (or filter to show few results)
4. Click on the Start Date or End Date picker field
5. Observe the calendar popover appears but is partially cut off
Current Result:
- Date picker calendar is partially cut off on top
- Cannot see month navigation, or year controls
- Calendar may be completely unusable in above cases
Expected Result:
- Date picker calendar should be fully visible in all scenarios
