Reproduction steps:

1. Navigate to OpenShift Cluster Manager
2. Click "Create cluster" → Select "OpenShift Dedicated"
3. Complete the Cloud Provider step and proceed to Cluster Settings
4. In the "Version" dropdown. select a specific version (e.g., 4.20.1)
5. Click "Next" to proceed to the next wizard step
6. Click "Back" to return to the Cluster Settings step
7. Observe the Version dropdown

Current Result:

The version selector resets to the default version, losing the user's selection.

Expected Result:

The previously selected version (4.20.1) is preserved and displayed.
