Banner title: Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA) with hosted control planes in AWS GovCloud achieves FedRAMP High Authorization

Sub copy: Learn more about ROSA with hosted control planes in AWS GovCloud (insert link) or start the onboarding process with the FedRAMP access request form

This is in CreateRosaGetStated.tsx line 71. 

Acceptance Criteria:

• Change wording in CreateRosaGetStated
• There are multiple tests that need to be updated as well:
