Reproduction steps: 

1. Goto '/openshift/create/osd'
2. On step 1, select "On-demand  Google Cloud Marketplace" radiobutton, click the Next button.
3. On step 2a. Select Cloud Provider:  Having selected "On demand - Google marketplace" on the prev. step; the AWS tile is correctly hidden on this step -yet the main title on the step page remains "Select a cloud provider" even though the "Google Cloud" tile is selected by default and is the only option"
4. My recommendation is to hide the "Select a cloud provider" title (and shift up the content below)
