as an OCM UI member, i'd like to have the ability to re-trigger the konflux 'push' pipeline, which builds the uhc-portal 'main' branch and pushes an image to quay.

this involves updating user-access via the configs in konflux-release-data repo, to move existing users of type 'contributor', to type 'maintainer' (which will grant said access).

for updating configs, we simply use the automated 'add-namespace' script of konflux-release-data and pass it all the roles we need to change, then open an MR with the resulting changes.
the role updates will thereafter reflect in konflux UI, under 'user access'.

acceptance criteria

• all team members are able to re-trigger 'push' pipelines of 'main' branch via konflux UI
