Reproduction steps: 

1. Log in to OCM UI (staging).
2. Open any ROSA HCP cluster .
3. Review the "Alerts and Recommendations" section and note the total count displayed.
4. Compare this count with the actual alerts and recommendations listed on the cluster page.

Current Result:

The total count shown in "Alerts and Recommendations" does not match the actual number of alerts or recommendations displayed on the cluster page.

The total count shown as 4 but there are only three Alerts or Recommendations.

Expected Result:

The count displayed in "Alerts and Recommendations" should accurately reflect the actual number of visible alerts and recommendations on the cluster page for the logged-in user.
