ROSA wizard link:

1. Login to OCMUI stage and prod
2. Go to the https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/create/rosa/wizard
3. Proceed to Account and Roles step
4. Look for Account and ARNs section
5. Click on Learn more about account roles.
6. See that link returns 404

ROSA product overview page link:

1. Login to OCMUI stage and prod
2. Go to the https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/overview/rosa
3. Click on AWS card "View details"
4. Look for Recommended content section
5. Click on Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS quickstart guide Learn More
6. See that link returns 404

Current Result:

Both links return 404. Probably incorrect links to docs

Expected Result:

Both links should work correctly
