There is a growing number of Machine Pool features and properties which have been, and continue to be, added to the UI.  
This epic aims to determine:

1. How to address the overpopulations of the Create Rosa Wizard's Cluster Details - Machine pools step, which continues to have fields added to it.
2. Similarly, the day 2 Add/Edit Machine pool modal continues to have fields added to it.  Tabs were recently added to the modal to help organize the content, but is it enough?
3. The 'expandable rows' on the cluster details -> Machine pools table seems to be a catch all for misc mp fields, need to organize and perhaps do a 'Machine Pool Details' page for each pool to show all these props.

In particular:

• Added Security Groups to the Rosa HCP wizard's Machine pool step.
• EC2 Capacity Reservations are slated to be added to Rosa HCP cluster detail's Machine pool tab & Add/Edit Machine pool dialog.
• Talk of adding "AWS Shared VPC" (available in 'classic') to Rosa HCP wizard's Machine pool step & day 2 Machine pool tab.
• Talk of for day 2 Machine pool tab/table, the "expanded row" section is unorganized and/or overpopulated.  Talk of having a 'Machine Pool" details page.
