[OCMUI]E2e tests - Update the GCP CCS wizard default workflow to select authentication type as "WIF"

      Description of the issue

      The recent feature changes in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCMUI-3604 card makes the default authentication as "Workload identity feature" . This breaks e2e tests especially related to various GCP wizard tests.  We would need to analyze and fix the e2e tests to make clean QE smoke runs. 

      Acceptance criteria

      1. Review all the GCP wizard test cases in e2e cypress side.
      2. Update the wizard flow to use "Workload identity feature" as well as adjust the related definitions.
