Broken links in the application are commonly missed because it depends on a developer to run the link checker script.   The purpose of this task to have the run/check-links.mjs script run weekly and notify the team if any broken links are found.

While this can be accomplished numerous different ways - the intended method is to use GitHub actions to run weekly and send a message to Slack if any broken links are found.
