As agreed, as a followup for the ROSA architecture renaming Epic (OCMUI-3517), we need to address the following things: 

1. On Cluster Details page - We should add the ROSA Architecture Renaming Banner to the top of the page for ROSA type of clusters (both HCP & Classic type of architecture)
   Justification: most of the customers will not see most of the alerts found at the top of the page, and this Banner would be only temporary.
2. We should revise the target date for which the Banner would be removed towards the end of September -> I set up a meeting to discuss this on September 25th
3. On the ROSA Get Started page, we should switch between the ROSA Architecture Renaming Banner with the description found right below it (group the Alerts together
