This Epic should help us keep track of the task to switch off the feature flag related to the OCMUI-3517  Epic.
It focuses ONLY on switching off the feature flag, hiding the Banner from the eyes of the customers.

Acceptance criteria:

The Banner created in the effort of the OCMUI-3517 Epic should be presented to the users until the 1st of October.
UPDATE: The PMs agreed to have a meeting to discuss the possible removal of this Banner on September 25th, so lkeren-ocm set up a meeting for discussion and possible update of end date for this task
When we reach October 1st, we need to switch off the FF named: "ocmui-rosa-architecture-renaming-alert", both on Production and on staging.
