When the associate AWS drawer is opened and the page is resized to a smaller size, some items in that drawer are sitting side-by-side instead of vertical.

How to reproduce

• To go the create ROSA wizard (https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/create/rosa/wizard)
• Choose either control plane or hosted
• Go to the Accounts and roles steps
• Click on the "How to associate a new AWS account" button to open the drawer
• Slowly make the browser window until the drawer takes up the entire width of the screen
• Observe the "No, create new role" / "Yes, link existing role" buttons - they are now to the side instead of directly above the "Basic OCM"/"Admin OCM role" text object.
