Description of problem:

When some of the selected security groups is deleted from AWS, badge count stay the same

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging 
2. Create AWS CCS OSD, ROSA Classic or ROSA HCP cluster with some security groups attached to them or add them after cluste creation
3. Go to the Machine pools tab
4. Open Add machine pool dialog window
5. In security groups section, select few security groups from dropdown
6. Then delete some of the selected security group from AWS and use refresh security groups in OCM UI
7. Observe badge

Actual results:

After deleting security group and using refresh security groups button, badge count is still same

Expected results:

Badge count should reflect available selected security groups for the cluster
