Steps to Reproduce

1) Launch the staging environment.

2) Create an OSD or ROSA cluster and wait for it to be ready.

3) Go to the Identity providers tab and select htpasswd as the IDP.

4) Create a couple of users and open the newly created htpasswd by clicking on Edit from the actions menu.

5) Search for a user that does not exist in the list

6) Click on the add user button and enter any unique username / the one searched in step 5

Expected Result

Once the new user gets added, the screen should refresh and show the entire updated user list

Actual Result

Even though the new user gets added, the screen does not refresh and is still stuck on the search page.
