Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the OCM UI staging environment.
2. Create an OSD cloud account (choosing the annual subscription and infrastructure type as Red Hat cloud account, cloud provider as GCP.
3. Submit the cluster details and wait for the cluster to be ready.

Actual results:

The Networking tab is not displayed once the cluster is ready.

Expected results:

It is expected that the cluster-wide proxy should not be shown for clusters using a Red Hat cloud account, but not seeing the Networking tab itself is not expected.
