Description of the Problem:

The ROSA/OSD overview details page (Ex: https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/overview/osd 0r https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/overview/rosa )displays duplicate breadcrumb representations. This results in a poor user experience, and it needs to be fixed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch the page https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/overview/osd  or https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/overview/rosa
2. Review the breadcrumb definitions

Actual results:

The ROSA/OSD overview details page displays duplicate breadcrumb representations

Expected results:

Remove duplicated breadcrumb representations (i.e.overview) from  ROSA/OSD overview details page.
