[OCMUI QE tests]Test case refactoring based change in ROSA getstarted page

      Description of the issue

      The recent QE CI runs reported failures on RosaClusterGetstartedPage.js.

      The failures are due to the feature change tracked in OCMUI-2995 i.e. the default display of SSO authentication model over offline token definitions

      Action Needed:

      Adjust the test case definition to accommodate the new feature changes in OCM UI ROSA get started page.
