User story:

As a user, I want an indicator on the add/edit modal subtabs so that I can quickly find an issue and add/edit the machine pool.

Acceptance criteria:

• If there is validation error on a field, there is an error icon shown on the corresponding tab
• An error icon will persist until all field validation passes for a given tab. The error icon will persist when moving from tab to tab.
• Once all validation errors are resolved for a given tab, the icon no longer appears
