[OCMUI QE] Make stable sanity test cases execution

      Description of the issue.

      The new sanity test execution pipeline is created as part of OCMUI-3326 .However, the test case execution needs to be initiated on demand basis to identify possible issues including test case definitions, executions flows , timeout issue and other flaky scenarios.

      This card to track all of those issues and issue such issues to make the sanity test case execution stable.

       

      Acceptance criteria

      • Successful test case execution on sanity scoped tests from pipeline.
      • Ad-hoc or need basis trails runs to identify the issues.
