This ticket is for locating any external doc links outside of the installLinks.mjs file, and moving them into it.

This consists of any links of the following domains:

• https://docs.redhat.com
• https://mirror.openshift.com
• https://developers.redhat.com
• https://www.redhat.com
• https://source.redhat.com
• https://docs.aws.amazon.com
• https://console.cloud.google.com
• https://cloud.google.com

Unit tests should be updated or added for any components whose links have been changed.

Out of scope

• URLs inside tests. assertions/expectations should have hard-coded values in order for the tests to be reliable
• URLs that are dynamically resolved – i.e. which have dynamic path variables
• Any 'access.redhat.com' links - this is already tracked with OCMUI-3196
