[QE CI failures] Fix test case failures on Overview page and ROSA Getstarted pages

      Description of the issue

      Recent QE CI has reported failures on both Overview page and ROSA Getstarted test cases. Upon analyzing further, it was found that the issue was caused by a change in the page definition introduced as part of OCMUI-2867.
