      Prior Work

      From XCMSTRAT-293, the front end OCMUI completed OCMUI-136 and OCMUI-3057 to create the framework for transferring a ROSA classic cluster from one owner to another.  

      User Story

      As a customer, I want the option to transfer my OCP or ARO cluster to another user in my org or in another RH org.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Users should be able to transfer a OCP or ARO cluster from  the:
        • OCM cluster list
        • OCM cluster details overview tab under owner 
        • OCM cluster details Access Control tab
      • Recipients will receive the transfer from the Cluster transfer list located on the new cluster request page
