This issue is about figuring out and fixing the issue in the test: "when the machine types list is available" -> "byoc with sufficient byoc quota available" -> "displays only machine types with quota"

It might have something to do with mocks / Formik mocksRunning the test alone it sometimes passes, but when running it with other tests it fails
 
It was migrated with the refactor of the component and functionality wise the component works ok. Just because it blocked a feature, we decided to skip it for now
