From what I can tell through my investigation here's what needs to happen:

• New CI user created and added to vault
• Pipeline updated to use new vault version
• Address SSH key issues (this may be cut and pace from CLI pipe)
• Pipeline updated to pull from github instead of gitlab 
  • I think it still pulls from gitlab, unsure if we just let it pull from synced gitlab?
• Address Misc issues when running 'new' fedramp test
