      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an HCP cluster with external authentication turned on.
      2. Once the cluster is in Ready status, navigate to the Access Control Tab.
      3. Click on the Add external authentication provider button.
      4. Enter valid details within the form, upload the certificate file, and click on the save button.
      5. Once the details are saved successfully, click on the Edit button from the actions dropdown.

      Expected Result

The Save button should be disabled as soon as the modal is reopened.

      Actual Result

The Save button remains enabled, and without making any edits, if the user clicks on the Save again, the modal does not throw any error.
