Description of the issue

Recently the QE CI runs were reported failures on advanced rosa creation cluster test cases.
The wizard validation on operator role prefix seems failing due to the issue in  exceeding character length. This is probably caused due to the recent fix in randomized definition. 

Suggested solution

Update the randomized definition to limit with 4 character length while generating the operator role prefix. So that overall length would be below 32 characters.
