Description of the issue

Recently the QE CI runs were reported failures on advanced rosa creation cluster test cases. The wizard cluster submission fails due to an existing cluster role definitions. This could be probably due to an existing role that were associated to previously cluster (created by the testcase) and backend reports error.
Suggested solution

keep the custom role definition randomized so that a new definition is selected each time, removing dependencies on previously created cluster roles or their definitions
