      Description of problem:

      After a user deletes an existing IDP definition from the 'Access Control' tab > Identity Provider section, the IDP definition is not cleared immediately. This delay could potentially confuse the user and negatively impact the overall usability experience

      Screen Recording 2025-03-10 at 12.09.32 PM.mov

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging
      2. Open a ready OSD/ROSA cluster.
      3. Go to "Access control" tab > Identity provider section
      4. Select an existing IDP (if no IDP exists then create one)
      5. Invoke the context menu for the IDP and click "delete" option.
      6. Click "Remove" button from confirmation dialog.
      7. View the behavior.{}

      Actual results:

      At step 7, Removed IDP definition in step 6 was shown in Identity provider section even after the cluster auto refresh action.

      Expected results:

      The removed IDP definition should be cleared from the Identity provider section immediately after the delete action was performed
