Description of problem:

The presence of longer usernames in the HTPasswd IDP definition seems to be causing some distortion on the HTPasswd IDP details page, as shown below

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging 
2. Open a ready OSD/ROSA cluster.
3. Go to "Access control" tab > Identity provider section
4. Select "HTPasswd" IDP 
5. Fill multiple username and password fields.
6. Make sure one of the username is with larger text.
7. Click "Add" button.
8. Expand the HTPasswd section and see the definitions
9. Click "Edit" context menu associated to HTPasswd IDP.
10. See the definitions.

Actual results:

In both Step 8 & 10, the The presence of longer usernames in the HTPasswd IDP definition seems to be causing some distortion on the HTPasswd IDP details.

Expected results:

The username should be wrapped in case of longer names and fit to the page
