[Rosa classic] Error thrown on Network -> VPCs step when no vpc permissions

      Customer tried to create a ROSA classic cluster but got the error in the screenshot below:

      Customer was able to resolve by running:  rosa create account-roles 

      I was indeed missing permissions, but to create the cluster I simply followed the steps to link the account with Hybrid Console as the platform said. As the engineering team said VPC permissions were missing, to create the role I used the following command that the guide told me: 
      
      rosa create account-roles --mode auto 
      
      As soon as I increased the permissions, I was able to continue creating the cluster
