[ROSA Hosted]Widget actions are broken in the wizard's machine pool step when the user reselects VPCs and machine pool definitions

      Description of problem:

      In the ROSA-hosted wizard flow, when the user initially selects a VPC and adds multiple machine pool definitions, and later selects a different VPC from the list and attempts to update the machine pool, this action breaks the wizard definitions and creates a cluttered visual behavior.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Launch OCM UI staging.
      2. Open ROSA wizard.
      3. Select control plane as "Hosted" 
      4. Proceed to next steps and reach to "machine pool" step.
      5. Click "Select VPC" dropdown  and select a VPC from the list.
      6. Add multiple machine pools and select respective subnets.
      7. Click "Select VPC" dropdown and select another VPC from the list.
      8. Try to update the machine pool definition and see the behavior

      Actual results:

      At step 8, The widget definition seems to broken with overlapping UI widgets each other. This behavior blocks user from updating machine pool definitions.

      Expected results:

      At step 8, User should be able to update the machine pool definitions without any issue.
